Scrap 70s Skirt

I usually wear black tights with it, but that was too much effort just for pictures.
My sister gave me a bag of scraps from one of her Air Force wife friends.
I think the material had been curtains (not really sure), but I had enough to piece together a rectangle. Not too short, added a waist band and Pleated it.
Instead of a zipper I used black button snaps, and an old Air Force button (from my dad's old Uniform) on the inside for extra waistband support.
