You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Cream margarine, sugar & salt together.

Step 2Add egg, milk & a little flour.
Mix well.

Step 3Add remaining flour.
The mixture should be dry & stiff.

Step 4Divide into portions.

Step 5Flour hands roll into a ball.

Step 6Place onto a baking sheet & bake for 8-10 mins.
Remove from the oven & cool.

Step 7Dip into icing & roll in coconut.

Step 8Sandwich together with jam & serve
