Scotch Broth Soup
This is cheap to make & filling to eat.
It will feed a lot of people with no problems.
Wash the scotch broth mix.
Bring the stock to the boil.
Add the scotch broth mixture to the stock.
Cook until the broth is soft & cooked through.
Chop all the vegetables into roughly the same size pieces.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
Cook until the vegetables are cooked & soft.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
