Mix a Sazerac cocktail with mixologist Bryan Busch at the King George Speakeasy in York, PA
In a mixing glass combine sugar cube and bitters. Muddle for 5 seconds. Add Rye and stir. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Add absinthe to a chilled old fashioned glass and roll the absinthe and discard. Strain drink into glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
