*peel mushrooms *Wash and chop small *Put the mushrooms in the pan *mushrooms releases water *cook until its water is absorbed *Add oil and cook *Add chopped onion and cook *Add chopped peppers and tomatoes and cook *Add tomato paste *Add salt and pepper close to cooking and cook untill absorbe to water note:can add a little water to cook, if juice of fresh tomatoes arent enough
