This is a hearty meal that will feed a crowd. The quantity is not important, just add enough to feed the amount of people. It can be made in advance & reheated.

Potatoes Onion(s) Carrot(s) Pepper Garlic Sausage(s) Apple Apple Cider

Description

This is a hearty meal that will feed a crowd. The quantity is not important, just add enough to feed the amount of people. It can be made in advance & reheated.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Cut all vegetables into cubes. Place into pan

2. 

   Place sausage on top.

3. 

   Cut up apples & put into dish. Pour over cider.

4. 

   Bake, covered in the oven for approximately 1 hr.

5. 

   Serve.
