Paint santas beard bristles white. Make a santa nose out of air dry paper clay. Wrap calico around metal bristle holder. Glue nose in place. Paint santas skin and face. Create glasses out of wire, glue in place.
Sew long Triangle santa hats and run a gathering stitch down one side. Turn in right way, gather slightly, glue in place. Glue Fluff around hat and attach hat decorations.
Attach bow and bell to the end of the santa hat and stitch hanging ribbon in place through both layers for added support. Hang from door knobs to let santa know he is welcome.
