Salmon Burgers
Cook up a batch of tasty mustard & dill salmon burgers!

We don't eat meat, so we're big fans of salmon. Our favourite salmon is served with a mustard & dill sauce, so I decided to combine these flavours in my burgers. I'm a big wimp when it comes to spices too, so feel free to go crazier with the chilli flakes!

You Will Need (11 things)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 tbsp Capers
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 20 g fresh Dill
- ¼ Red Onion
- 400 g Salmon
- 1 cup Oats
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
Steps (9 steps, 40 minutes)

Chop the red onion, dill, garlic and salmon in to cubes.

Pop half of the ingredients in a blender and add the mustard.

Blend until a thick puree is formed and scrape out in to a bowl.

Add the rest of the chopped ingredients in to the blender and season with cumin, chilli flakes and salt & pepper. Blend a little so that the ingredients are combined but not pureed. Scoop this mixture to the bowl and mix together with the capers and oats.

Form the mixture in to patties and coat with breadcrumbs.

Coat a frying pan with oil and add the burgers when it's hot.

Cook the burgers for a few minutes on either side until golden.

Serve on a toasted bun with a few salad leaves.

Optional: you can mix together some more chopped dill and mustard for a tasty sauce to top the burgers with.
