We combined Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters from Bittercube with olive oil and apple cider vinegar to create a fruity dressing for this baby spinach salad topped with torn smoked salmon, crumbled goats cheese, avocado and walnuts.
We combined Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters from Bittercube with olive oil and apple cider vinegar to create a fruity dressing for this baby spinach salad topped with torn smoked salmon, crumbled goats cheese, avocado and walnuts.
Make a dressing by whisking together the olive oil, vinegar, bitters and salt and pepper.
Slice the avocado into chunks.
Divide the spinach between two bowls, top with avocado and drizzle the dressing on top.
Crumble the goats cheese and walnuts on top.
Top with smoked salmon and serve.
