Cut Out + Keep

Sale Tshirt Into Scarf

Xmas is coming, and so are the home made gift ideas!

https://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/sale-tshirt-into-scarf • Posted by EJ W.

After watching an online tute from 'Mr Kate', i had to have a go myself. This is the result. Used a tshirt bought on sale, an old necklace and a couple of tiny strips of leather. No sewing or glueing. I cut the leather strips with long tapered ends so i could tuck them in and pull through to make tight (hope that makes sense). I cut the necklace, but kept the clasp part, so it can be worn longer or wrapped around the leather part. I put one of the strips of leather through the loop of the necklace, before tying it (tried to show this in pic). Hope you guys like it. Was really easy to make and the combinations of fabric to necklace are endless! :) ps Mr Kates blog, is full of inspirational ideas xx
