Since Muffins can be more than Just Dessert
I can not cook, but I can bake, the running joke is I need to marry someone who can cook other wise I will live off of sugar and cake batter for my entire life, then I discovered muffins and realized they can be more than just a dessert, then can be a healthy entree!
My Boyfriend and I created this recipe from one that was not budget friendly/not to my liking.
The original called for pepperoni, and sun dried tomatoes. I do not like tomatoes. Not to mention Sun dried tomatoes and pepperoni are expensive. So we got Salami and Mild Cheddar. I added in Garlic like the original suggested but since we didn't have a garlic press I would occasionally hit a pocket of garlic which was not to yummy.
Also Sandwich Sprinkle is something from a local spice shop so I don't know if it is easily obtainable else were, try oregano or your own blend!
So Enjoy these muffins!

In the small mixing bowl mix your wet ingredients. Beat the 2 eggs lightly then add 1 cup of buttermilk,6 table spoons of olive oil. (and the crushed garlic clove)
