I made this so that my little sister and I could match. Mine was trickier than hers since I didn't start with a t-shirt. I started with a bodice pattern. I added a gathered skirt and extra bits and bobits and VOILA! I also looked up a site that showed how to do the collar: http://www.lynleigh.com/cosplay/sewingtutorials/ This site shows you everything you need to do to make a Sailor Senshi outfit. I wish I found this site before I finished most of the costume. Everything, except the collar, was made using other techniques. Definitely check out the site and cosplay! I want to see cosplayers!!
