Rum & Raisin Truffles
Delicious nutty truffles filled with a rum & raisin center

These almond meal & coconut truffles are infused with The Duppy Share Rum giving them a delicious boozy kick. They'd make a perfect gift or nibbles at a cocktail party.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 200 g Ground Almonds
- 75 g Raisins
- 75 ml Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp The Duppy Share Rum
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Cocoa to coat
Steps (8 steps, 20 minutes)

Place the ground almonds is a large bowl and place to the side.

Stir together the coconut oil, rum and maple syrup.

Stir the oil into the ground almonds.

Mix in the raisins.

Roll the dough into small balls and fill a small bowl with cocoa.

Roll each of the truffles in cocoa to coat and place on a plate lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge and roll in cocoa again to give the truffles a dusty coating.
