Victorian-gothic-lolita, esque?
I snagged up some lace out of the remnant bin at joanns and decided I wanted to use some of it to do a ruffly lace shirt.
I took a tshirt, resized it, gave it a scoop neck and puffy sleeves and added the ruffled lace.
