I found this recipe in the free morrissons supermarket free magazine and loved the idea of using curly wurlys for antlers. The original recipe uses dried cranberries instead of cherries but i'm not a big fan of cranberries so i switched to cherries.

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Line a deep muffin tin with 12 paper cases. Get All ingredients together.
Place the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and beat until it forms a smooth mixture.
Stir in the cherries (remember to cover the cherries in flour first or they will all sink to the bottom).
Next spoon the mixture into the paper cases.
Bake for approx. 20 mins until well risen and lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
When cooled its time to create rudolph :-) Spead the frosting over the cupcakes.
The original recipe says to slice each curly wurly in half widthways, then cut into lengths to make antlers, however this is a bit tricky especially if the curly wurly is hard (and most of mine were already broken in the packet.) So its pretty much up to you how you want to cut them.
Push the antlers into the cupcakes at the top.
Place a cherry on each cake to make a nose and put 2 raisins to make eyes.
Now for the mean part - time to EAT RUDOLPH!
