great corset and great top :O I was looking for some idea's for my newest shirt (I have to destroy shirts, they are so boring when they are plain)and then I found this realy great
Ive never made a corset before, and would love to make one just like this only through a little victorian in it. I would love to know how to make this, the patterns, and how you do get it so sturdy at the top and bottom. reply would be very much appreciated thanks

Just wondering, how hard are leatherpoint needles to work with? I've been dying to make myself a corset (not from rubber, haha) but my mom's sewing machine kinda sucks and it won't handle that many layers of material/ that thickness. Thanks! :3
Fantastic design. Have you tried using a hand wound sewing machine with a leather needle. Tape all your seams with duck tape and clean the needle with nail varnish remover (and let it dry) if it starts to stick. I use this method for heavy leather.
