My first really successful bleaching project, used contact paper to cut out the stencils, slapped it on then put some bleach in a spray bottle
(undiluted because diluted didn't get the effect i wanted.

Con-Tact paper is that shit that some people put on the inside of their cupboards and shelves for some reason... in any case its basically sheets of sticker paper thats easy to exacto knife away at
