Rosemary and black pepper oatcakes!
Whisk together the oats, flour, wholewheat flour, baking soda and salt. Season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
Melt down the butter and stir into the oats with the warm water.
Knead into a thick dough and roll out on your counter.
Use a cookie cutter to cut individual crackers and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180'C and then serve with cheese!
