Vegetarian sausage rolls with rosemary and BBQ sauce!
Roll out the puff pastry into a long rectangle.
Squeeze on the BBQ sauce.
Spread with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with rosemary.
Place the sausages in a row down the middle and cut a line between each. Roll the pastry around the sausages.
Brush the top of each roll with the beaten egg and then sprinkle with black pepper.
Score each roll twice.
Bake at 200'c for 10 minutes until golden.
