I used a folder and drew my own pattern and then cut it out. I painted the stencil then used some blending to make the rose less stencil-y looking. I did the paint splatters by watering the colors down. I used Tulip soft paint so I could use it like normal paint and it won't be puffy and it will be flexible and move with the shirt. I used a matte purple and a matte black. I like using the burnout tee because I think it made it more funky and interesting to paint. I found the top at Target in the 75% rack and the paint was only $2 a tube.
