Rose & Pistachio Overnight Oats

Rose infused overnight oats with pistachios and poppy seeds!

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 200 ml Soya Milk
  • 2 tsp Edible Rose Petals
  • Handful of Pistachios
  • 75 g Oats
  • 25 g Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Steps (5 steps, 5 minutes)

    Before you begin, soak the rose petals in the soya milk for an hour or so.

    Strain the milk into a bowl to remove the rose petals.

  3. 3

    Add the poppy seeds, maple syrup and pistachios to the milk.

  4. 4

    Finally mix in the oats.

  5. 5

    Divide into two jars and chill overnight before serving!
