You Will Need

Step 11. Create a winged line along your upper lashline using Makeup Geek's Gel Liner in Poison.

Step 21b. Alternately, you can go over the red line with liquid eyeliner if you don't feel comfortable wearing a lot of red on your eyes.

Step 32. Apply your favorite red lipstick. The one pictured here is NARS Pure Matte Lipstick in Mascate.

Step 43. Finish off the eyes with mascara and the look is complete. Enjoy your sultry red makeup!
