Really tasty. Easy to make. Can be prepared ahead of time.

You will need

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1/2 lb Pork Mince 1/2 lb Beef Mince 1 large (3/4 cup) Potatoes Grated 1 (1/2 cup) Carrot(s) Grated 1 (1/2 cup) Onions Finely chopped 2 cloves Garlic Minced 1 Egg 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Salt Pepper Parsley Dill

Really tasty. Easy to make. Can be prepared ahead of time.

Instructions

1. 

   Squeeze the liquid from the potatoes & carrots. Heat oil in a pan. Gently cook the potatoes, carrot, onion & garlic until soft. Set aside to cool.

2. 

   Add all ingredients together into a bowl. Bring the mixture together.

3. 

   Roll the mixture into balls. Flatten a little into patties.

4. 

   Fry in a little oil until cooked through.

5. 

   Serve.
