Step 1Squeeze the liquid from the potatoes & carrots.
Heat oil in a pan.
Gently cook the potatoes, carrot, onion & garlic until soft.
Set aside to cool.

Step 2Add all ingredients together into a bowl.
Bring the mixture together.

Step 3Roll the mixture into balls.
Flatten a little into patties.

Step 4Fry in a little oil until cooked through.

Step 5Serve.
