You Will Need

Step 1Use paper and cut rough pattern

Step 2Cut out your sexy fabric and the same in neoprene( you buy neoprene from spotlight and foam shops- foam shops )
Measure around knee pad and elbow pad,cut strips this length and width about 10cm fold this so it now is 5 cm by that length and iron. -
Step 3Measure around knee pad and elbow pad,cut strips this length and width about 10cm fold this so it now is 5 cm by that length and iron. You will sew this onto sexy fabric. Neoprene will just sit underneath your sewn item. Now thread cord through, place over neoprene on top of hard shell of pad, gently pull in rope. Tie off until it's under shell. Bam I have pattern for wrist guards too.
