A gin, vermouth and absinthe laced martini!
Inspired by the zesty Caithness botanicals of Rock Rose Gin, this martini combines the gin with vermouth, fresh lemon and the aniseed taste of absinthe for an aromatic martini.

You Will Need

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Rock Rose Gin.

Step 2Add the vermouth and absinthe.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from a whole lemon.

Step 4Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 5Serve with a twist of lemon.
