This is a delicious addition to a salad dressing. I also put it in a squeeze bottle and used it to "decorate" designs in soup bowls. The soup was just a single veggie (the bowl pictured was made with carrot, broccoli, and cauliflower purees.) cooked and pureed to a creamy consistency. Roast 2-4 red peppers. Peel. Puree. Put in empty jam jar. Makes about 8 oz.
