Roasted Marinated Peppers

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps (3 steps, 95 minutes)

    First put the peppers in the over to roast at the highest temperature for about half an hour until charred.

    Take then out the oven and pul them straight into a airtight carrier bag.

    once the peppers are cool, take then out the bag and peel the skin off. It should just peel off easily.

    Next, slice then long ways and place them in a bowl. Add the vinegar, oil and salt and pepper then mix and leave for an hour to marinate
