I had a little hole on my thigh anyway so I just made some more. Not recommended I'm sure but I just put my jeans on, put a wee paperback in between my leg and the jeans and carefully made holes with a bread knife and ripped them to keep it all looking ragged.
Stitch a long enough length of black lace onto the inner seams of your jeans to cover all the holes and voila!
