Cut Out + Keep

Rice Pudding

I was having an intense hankering for all sorts of creamy vanilla flavored things. There are very few things that you can get that flavor from, but luckily rice pudding is one of those.

This recipe is dead simple to make, but when you’re bringing you milk up to temperature you do have to keep your eye on it otherwise it will over boil. The hardest part after that is waiting for everything to get to the point that you can actually eat it. I literally had to tear some people off of the pot before it was done. This recipe serves three, but if you were serving more it would be way easy to double it.

The great thing about rice pudding is that you can serve both hot or cold and it’s amazing. For more info: https://theyearlingblog.wordpress.com/2015/08/13/day-225-rice-pudding/
