I did this in pillow form and put some rice in it and finished stitching up. When finished pop it into the microwave for about a minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds and get toasty warm. Be careful because they will get hot. Make tiny ones to fit into your coat pockets or a bit larger to put between your feet while watching tv on a cold night. You can't just make one because when the rest of the family finds out about these they will be fighting over them. They make great gifts.
