I love these ribbon shoelaces. Usually I just tuck the laces down the sides but I've been told whenever I tie a bow it gives me a retro and girly look. I think it's awesome they're see through. :)

Cut the quetip in four pieces
Twist the ends of the ribbon a bit and string a piece of quetip like you would a bead. Optional: twisting it first you could try to melt the ends a bit so it's easier to string the quetip pieces through. Do this with a lighter With a glue gun apply a bit of glue on the end of the ribbon and pull the quetip piece back

Smooth down the ribbon, glue and quetip by melting it all together using a lighter. Repeat for the other side and second shoelace.
