Step 1Pour the gin into a martini glass.

Step 2Separate the egg and shake the egg yolk in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 3Add the egg white, advocaat, simple syrup and shake again.

Step 4Strain the cocktail into your glass over the gin.

Step 5Dust with ground ginger and serve.
