Yarn and gauge variable. Sample was made with worsted weight yarn on #8 needles.
Abbreviations:
ssk – slip the next two stitches one at a time, as if to knit, from the left to right needle. Insert left needle into the front of these two stitches and knit them together.
k2tog – knit the next two stitches together
slip1 – slip the next stitch, as if to knit, from the left to right needle

You Will Need

Step 1Cast on 18 stitches.
Row 1-4: knit
Row 5: k1, ssk, knit to last 3 stitches, k2tog, k1.
Repeat rows 1-5 until 4 stitches remain. Next Row: knit
Next Row: ssk, k2tog.
Next Row: slip1, k1, pass slipped stitch over and pull yarn through stitch to finish.
