I made these for my brother's birthday. i mixed half bleach and half water in a water bottle with a sports cap for easy pouring. For the spiral one i twisted the shirt from the middle using a fork and secured it with elastic bands. For the stripy one i folded it in a concertina and put loads of elastic bands around it. Then i drowned them in bleach mix, trying to make a pattern. I left them for about 40 minutes, rinsed them in cold water and hand-washed them in detergent. I really like them! I was nervous trying it because it was my first time with bleach and I didn't want to ruin the shirts. I can't wait to give them to him :D
