I got these shoes from Goodwill awhile back and wanted to update them. I used a hot glue gun, zebra ribbon, black ribbon (for the bow), black glitter, and modpodge.

You will need

Hot Glue Gun Lace , Or Other Decorative Ribbon Glitter Modpodge or something else to attach the glitter
