This was a $1 princess party Happy Birthday banner from Dollar Tree. My daughter is having a Kuromi themed party! Good luck trying to find anything Kuromi.
First I cut the crown off. Then I colored the different colored gems with a silver sharpie & then added silver glitter. I did the same to the gold star & the gold rings. Printed out some Kuromi graphics ~ colored & glued them to the banner.
