Instructions

  1. Make the pattern The dimension is 5" by 9.5"

    Cutting: • Cut 1 fabric • Cut 2 heat n’bond vinyl(the shiny sheet) • Cut your Velcro strip 3”

    Make your fabric waterproof by fusing the vinyl to the good side and the wrong side of the fabric. Bond the vinyl to the fabric permanently by ironing the vinyl. Remember vinyl melt when you put iron on it, make sure you place a press cloth on top before ironing. Do not let your iron touch the plastic!

    Now you will bond the vinyl to the wrong side of the fabric the same way.

    Stitch the Velcro to the fabric. Place your Velcro as in the diagram. Use paper clip to hold your Velcro in place

    Stitch around the Velcro (diagram 8)

    Measure 4" and fold up, stitch the two sides. Use a zig zag stitch for extra strength.
