I found these chairs at my local Habitat For Humanity ReStore! I sanded them down and used brown spray paint and stapled a fun fabric over the existing seat.
Chairs $7 each
Sandpaper $1 (thank you, Dollar Tree!)
Paint $3.44
Fabric (enough for 4 chairs) $9 (my splurge on this project)
