Reeses Pieces Cookies
Soft & tasty cookies.
Keep the dough in the fridge when not being cooked.
In a bowl mix flour, Bicarb, corn flour & salt.
In another bowl, mix together the butter & both sugars.
Add eggs to sugar mixture, one at a time.
Add the vanilla.
Add flour mixture & stir to make a dough.
Add Reeses Pieces & stir through.
Refrigerate the dough for atleast an hour or freeze for 15-20 mins.
Heat oven 165 degrees.
Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet. Leave a space between each cookie to let the mixture spread out.
Bake for 11-13 mins.
Cool on the tray for atleast 15 mins before removing.
