Based on Red Velvet Cupcakes by Purzel
It went pretty good for my first cake from scratch, but the heat in the oven didn't circulate well enough and most ended up all burnt at the bottom. The frosting was good, and the ones that didn't resemble cookies disguised as cupcakes were okay. I did run out of food coloring :(
