Based on Red Vampire Satin Neck Corset by Pink Absinthe
I loved all of Pink Absinthe's chokers so much, and her original Red Vampire Satin Neck Corset was my favorite. I figured I could make something like it. Mine is a lot less flamboyant and professional, but I'm still pretty happy with it.
It's just some basics you can get at any craft store and it only cost a few dollars. It's mostly hot glued together but the cameos and fastener (hook and eye) are sewn on. The longest part was carefully measuring and pleating the ribbon.
