I think all you need to do is get the red satin then fold it so it crinkles like in the pic then sew it down then apply the black ribbon/ satin and sew that on or glue it on. Then take your two ornate metal thingies and glue them on to the satin then use the ribbon and weave it in between and if its too long, cut it then burn the ends so it doesn't fray. Hope I helped! =D
