I keep changing the 'you will need'section but it is totally different from what I have typed in so - YOU WILL NEED! half a metre each of two contrasting or similar coloured jersey knit fabrics 6cms wide waistband elastic, your waist measurement plus a few cms for joining the ends together As many safety pins as you like Basically, two different coloured mini skirts, a strip half the length of the mini and a lot of horizontal and vertical slashes, all serged together under a 6cms elastic waistband. You can use half a metre of each colour, or a couple of old, contrasting tee shirts.
