reclye,dolls,art dolls,trash to treasure
This is an iron on created by me using one of my art dolls. What I have done was some trash to treasure shopping. I took a battered cabbage patch doll found at the thrift store. I cut off all the nasty hair. I painted the entire body with fabric paints to hide all the damage. And then I sat her on a old round pizza pan and turned her into a wonderful flower arrangement. This project was a kids club project which landed the girls in YM magazine in 2003. Anyone can do this and we hope you rescuse & recyle some too!

This is so cool! I didn't know what to expect, but it's great. I notice sad lonely worn out dolls at yard sales and thrift stores, myself. I started buying old CPKs, even if they're naked, for my little girl, as well as old My Little Ponies. People customize MLPs, so why not dolls? Awesome! P.S.this is way cheaper than those crazy Munny dolls!
