OK grab a dream weaver set that you can buy on-line. follow the instructions and make a simple weave fold over and get a peace or paper fold it into a fan and glue it to edges. (sorry at the age of 15 my speech is funny)then add a loop and add another so they loop together ( another example of bad speech) then add scrap ribbon around a handle which is just plaited paper.
then get your cute sister to model it and post a version :ON THE LEFT IS MY SISTER. AGED 9. ISENT SHE CUTE!!!!
