Show your story with Photographs and Electrical tape! Valentines day!
I made this little storybook for my hubby back when we were dating.
It was a nice way to record our relationship and helped with the loneliness associated with long-distance dating. Eww to that!

CAUTION! You will want to wear electrical gloves or some sort of protection..electrical tape is super sharp, and gives you a heak of a paperSLICE!.

Supplies
*Photographs of your lover <3
*Sentences to go with pics
*Electrical tape
*Heavy Black Card stock
*Scissors
*Double sided tape
*Copper Wire & Beads optional

  • How to make a scrapbook. Record Your Love Story! - Step 1
    Step 1

First step is to decide on which pictures you want to use. Then you can add text like I did directly on to the picture. Or you can write your story down on paper and attach them to the pictures.

    My story begins with...
A true story. There once was a girl, who met a boy...

  • How to make a scrapbook. Record Your Love Story! - Step 2
    Step 2

Once you have all your pictures with storylines printed, matte (double side tape) them on black card stock (thick paper)
Make sure all of the pictures are the SAME SIZE, otherwise you will have a huge headache trying to fit the book together.

    Step 3

Using your cut out pictures on card stock as a guide make a outer cover with a spine that allows all of your pictures to fit inside comfortably.
Now using the electrical tape tape two pages TOGETHER right sides pointing OUT!

  • Step 4

Once all of your pages are done attach them at the spines 2 at a time until they are done. Then 2 spines again until you run out. Use ELECTRICAL TAPE HERE.
Once all of the spines are attached to one another clean up the whole spine with 1 piece of electrical tape.

  • Step 5

For the last step I added a long copper wire with attached beads to allow the book to close up nice and neat.
Just make sure it's positioned how you want then tape the wire to the BACK of the book.

TaDaa~* All Done. Now go impress your lover with your awesomeness!
