You Will Need

Step 1
gather your matirials (sorry i do not have them listed abouve it would not save)
-old shoes
-fabric
-modpodge -
Step 2
put modpodge on a small section of the shoe

Step 3
cut out a peice of fabic that is about the same size of how much modpodge you put on. repeat till finnished the shoes

let dry

thats it, get ready to strut your stuff with your new shoes!
