Cut out a strip of raxine. The length and width are of your choice the longer the strip, the bigger the flower.
Fold it in half. Use some clips to clips it in place.
Give it cuts at regular intervals. Do not cut all the way. 3/4th of the way will suffice.
Remove the clips
(this step is optional)Glue the uncut ends to make the next step easier.
Start rolling the strip. Apply glue to the bottom as you go.
Glue the end and let it dry.
Glue this to any old hair-band and spruce it up
Aaand we're done :)
