You Will Need

Step 1Cut out a strip of raxine. The length and width are of your choice the longer the strip, the bigger the flower.

Step 2Fold it in half. Use some clips to clips it in place.

Step 3Give it cuts at regular intervals. Do not cut all the way. 3/4th of the way will suffice.

Step 4Remove the clips

Step 5(this step is optional)Glue the uncut ends to make the next step easier.

Step 6Start rolling the strip. Apply glue to the bottom as you go.

Step 7Glue the end and let it dry.

Step 8Glue this to any old hair-band and spruce it up

Step 9Aaand we're done :)
